On this page you'll find a few samples of my paintings. Although I have done mostly wildlife for over 35 years, displaying them here was not my first priority in setting up this web site. However, family members have asked me to include them.
Most of the gouache paintings, opaque
watercolors, are done on mounted rag papers. I spray them with a fixative and
then finish with four or five layers of acrylic varnish to protect the
paintings so they do not need to be framed under glass.
