Bids to license Bearball® for sports equipment, clothing, and as a sport franchise for amateur league purposes are being accepted. This does not include copyrights of Bearball® materials.

Here are the minimum bids and basic conditions.

Option 1:  10 year license agreement for U.S. and it’s territories only.

Option 2: 10 year license agreement for all areas outside of the U.S. and it’s territories.

Option 3:  10 year license agreement for world rights.

The Winner of bid will be given first consideration for licensing for professional sports franchise rights.

Renewal options after year ten.

Winner must include link on their web sites to ursidaeenterprises.com

Bearball is also available for licensing in an electronic game format.

Minimum bid conditions are as follows.

$200,000 year one.

$250,000 year two (2)

5% royalties per year for years three (3) through ten (10)
