Requirements to be a Certified Trainer

Completed Ranger Training course.

Completed Council  Training course.

Served 1 year as Ranger.

Served 2 years as a Chief Council member.

Training

Council Training:

Person must be at least 18 years old at time of training.

Six hour training course: 4 hours classroom (includes 1 hr child abuse awareness), 2 hours field experience.

Materials the course includes: Council Pak, Trained Council Patch, 3-ring Training Manual, T-Shirt, Certificate.

Ranger Training:

Persons must be at least 16 years old at time of training.

Four hour training course: 2 hours classroom, 2 hours field experience.

Materials course includes: Ranger Pak, Trained Ranger Patch, 3-ring Training Manual, T-shirt, Certificate.
